Anniversaries are opportunities for recollections of the year gone by and positive reflections for the year ahead. For all of us at Advanced Diabetes Centre, this past year and in fact many more months before that, have been a kaleidoscope of happy memories, supportive friends, team members, and partners. Also marked by some paths that were slightly more difficult to travel together, the journey has been encouraging and enduring.

1st Anniversary of Advanced Diabetes Centre comes at a time when more people are stricken with the metabolic disease than ever. Advanced Diabetes Centre is committed to helping you and your loved ones successfully alleviate the burden of diabetes and prevent its complications through a unique blend of the latest technology, information, and holistic treatment strategies namely ‘Organized Diabetes Care’.

Organized Diabetes Care approach offered by Advanced Diabetes Centre, combines diagnosis, management, education, and multidisciplinary care customized for the individual patient. In the management of Diabetes ‘One size DOES NOT fit all’. Our strategic plan focuses on three broad areas of change:

  • Primary prevention of type 2 diabetes
  • Quality care & treatment with patient-focus approach
  • Collaborative & cohesive infrastructure for caregivers and healthcare providers

With access to additional resources including the top specialists including Dr. Piyush Desai, Dr. Amish Shah, Dr. Ami Mehta and much more, the Advanced Diabetes Centre provides patients with the full range of treatment options. In the past one year, Advanced Diabetes Centre has screened over 6500 people for diabetes & its complications in multiple camps held within Surat city since July 1, 2015. We helped more than 1800 patients to plan the right treatment strategies with timely diagnosis of Diabetic Neuropathy. More than 1500 patients got benefitted from Advanced foot scanning & orthotics facilities. We helped over 400 patients with early stage eye damage assessment to take the appropriate prevention & treatment strategies for diabetic retinopathy.

In our endeavor to offer Organized Diabetes Care, we have garnered much-needed support from our esteemed partners who are equally committed like us to take the diabetes pandemic head-on.

And as we take the time to express our gratitude for an enriching year gone by – we turn expectantly to the year that lies ahead – A time to build and strengthen our commitment to preventing and control diabetes even further.

Come join us! Let’s together spread the smiles…
