Dr. Amit is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine at Knoxville and President, Endocrinology Consultants of East Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. Dr. Amit is associated with Advanced Diabetes Center (ADCPL) as an International Advisor of Endocrinology. He has been involved in multiple research projects and has several publications to his credit. Dr. Amit has won prestigious Endocrine Society Travel Award Grant for abstract presentation at ENDO 2001 and Cook Country Hospital, Dept. of Medicine, Humanitarian Award for two consecutive years 1997-98 and 1998-99.
