Dr. Amish is a Senior Consultant in Surat with more than seventeen years of experience who has committed himself to improve the quality of life of patients living with Diabetes in Surat region of Gujarat, India. It is this passion and dedication to the cause of Diabetes that led Dr. Amish to take initiative in setting up one of the first of its kind center Advanced Diabetes Centre Pvt. Ltd. Through appropriate advice and health education, Dr. Amish has been guiding his patients to take informed decisions. Dr. Amish has rich clinical experience in critical care for chronic as well as infectious diseases.

Dr. Ami has been practicing at Surat city since year 2000 as a Senior Consultant. Dr. Ami is known for her immaculate clinical diagnostic skills for patients suffering for both chronic as well as acute infectious diseases. Dr. Ami has a special interest in the management and treatment of Type I and Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Dr. Ami has been involved in an extensive research project entitled, ‘co-relation of micro albuminuria and diabetic retinopathy in Type II Diabetes patients in the age group of 40 – 70 years’.

Dr. Piyush is Consultant Endocrinologist practicing at Surat since 2010. Dr. Piyush has completed Certificate Course in Diabetology and Fellowship in Endocrinology under Dr. Shashank Joshi, Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai. Dr. Piyush was involved in many research projects under the guidance of Dr. Joshi. Dr. Piyush is currently an Honorary Endocrinologist to Government Medical College and New Civil Hospital, Surat and is also attached as a faculty for ‘diabetes educator training program’ and ‘diabetes advance course’ through Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI). Dr. Piyush has keen academic interest and has presented his research work at several National as well as International conferences. He has participated as a faculty in multiple International conferences and workshops in the area of Endocrinology. He is a member of many National and International organisations including American College of Clinical Endocrinology and The Endocrine Society, USA.

Dr. Amit is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, University of Tennessee Graduate School of Medicine at Knoxville and President, Endocrinology Consultants of East Tennessee, Knoxville, TN. Dr. Amit is associated with Advanced Diabetes Center (ADCPL) as an International Advisor of Endocrinology. He has been involved in multiple research projects and has several publications to his credit. Dr. Amit has won prestigious Endocrine Society Travel Award Grant for abstract presentation at ENDO 2001 and Cook Country Hospital, Dept. of Medicine, Humanitarian Award for two consecutive years 1997-98 and 1998-99.
